When should CANNA Start be used?

CANNA Start is a fertiliser designed to be used at the start of your crop, particularly for seedlings and cuttings. You can use it as soon as your seed germinates, until the plant develops its first pairs of leaves. CANNA Start can be used in seedling substrates, starter cubes and most other propagation media.

Why use CANNA Start?

CANNA Start contains little but enough nutrients for young, fragile plants, which prevents over-fattening and limits stress. It promotes the development of the root system from the earliest stages, preparing the plant for optimal vegetative growth. This allows the plant to continue growing with a complete, extensive, solid and resistant root structure right from the start of its life.

How is CANNA Start used?

CANNA Start is added to water at a ratio of 1:250, i.e. for every 10 litres of water you add 40 ml of CANNA Start. For 1 litre of water, you therefore need 4 ml of CANNA Start fertiliser.

Complement CANNA Start with Rhizotonic from CANNA

To fully exploit the potential of your young plant, CANNA Start can be combined with Rhizotonic, a natural algae-based root stimulator rich in plant hormones. This stimulator is designed to encourage root development and boost resistance to stress. CANNA Rhizotonic can be used throughout the life of your plants. When used in addition to CANNA Start, the dosage is equivalent: 40 ml per 10 litres of water.
