Shipments and returns

We offer FREE delivery by Mondial Relay for all purchases over €69 (with a maximum of 3kg for Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg).

We also offer FREE home delivery by Bpost for all purchases over €100 (with a maximum of 30kg for Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg, and 10kg for France).

For certain European countries we also offer free delivery for non-bulky parcels under 3kg, please contact our customer service for further information.

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Bpost with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Bpost Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Very practical, combining wide opening hours, as well as the accessibility of our various stores, you can withdraw your articles in store after your online order, payment on the spot and online and possibility to benefit from the advice of our specialist salesmen. Take care to order the articles on the stock of the store where you wish to withdraw them, in case of unavailability we will propose a solution the most adequate possible
