Produit en panne à son arrivée + service client déplorable

Produit arrivé défectueux mais ils ont essayé de me faire payer les frais de retour alors que c'était à eux de le faire. J'ai refusé et là ils ont tout fait pour que je les paye quand même en me prétextant que ce sera plus long si c'est eux qui les paye, car pas de tracking ! Alors qu'en fait c'était un mensonge, le bon de transport qu'ils m'ont envoyé possède bien un tracking, je leur ai fait remarquer en leurs demandant du coup si ça pourra aller vite quand même mais plus de réponse. J'ai donc déposé un litige PayPal car depuis le début c'est leur faute si le produit envoyé était en panne, pas la mienne ! Ils m'ont même dit à un moment donné que puisque j'avais eu une livraison gratuite à l'aller , c'était presque normal que je paye le retour ! Une honte !
