An ultrasonic mist maker is very useful for regulating the temperature and humidity levels in growing spaces and greenhouses.

It hydrates plants without wetting the foliage, thus preventing the development of mold.

It prevents the development of pests.

It aids the growth of young cuttings by providing them with the necessary humidity.

The mist also absorbs odors.

This mist maker uses electrical oscillation at ultrasonic frequencies. Each ceramic cell vibrates at very high frequencies (3 times the speed of sound), agitating the water molecules. These molecules, smaller than 5 microns, will then transform into a dry mist.

Technically speaking, an ultrasonic mist maker is not designed to operate continuously, but rather with intermittent ON/OFF cycles. To achieve this, we recommend connecting it to a timer with a 15-minute on/15-minute off cycle.

Fill a reservoir with water, making sure it remains clean at all times. The temperature should be between 5 and 40°C.
The maximum water depth should be between 3 and 5 cm from the surface of the ceramic. This can be accomplished by using a dedicated float (sold separately)
Use a container large enough to avoid splashing water.
Do not use abrasive products to clean the mist maker; a cloth and water are sufficient.
Do not expose the transformer to moisture.

To ensure the longevity of the device, use only demineralized water, distilled water, reverse osmosis water, or rainwater.
